Moving parts of each deck chair are held in place by 5mm zink coated steel bolts with locking nuts that have been counter sunk into the pine frame for added safety. Complete with one large and two small steel washers to smoothen the kinetic action.

An 18mm dowel holds the fabric cover to the frame. This is removable so that the cover can be taken off and washed. Large screws that hold the frame together have been counter sunk and covered with a mixture of saw dust and pva that has been smoothened to an attractive finish.

Each chair has two height settings for adjustable comfort. These have been separately attached to the rear end of the frame to retain the original strength of the wood. Also with counter sunk and coated screws.
